This return policy is effective from August 2024.
If you are not satisfied with the product or have changed your mind about the purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date you received the order at your address.

If you want to exchange a product, it must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use, meaning it should be in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, the item must be in its original packaging.

Conditions for Return Due to Change of Mind:
If you change your mind about the purchase, you can return your order within 7 days from the date you received it at your address.

The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when purchasing from our online store. There will be no additional cost to you for receiving the refund.
Defective Products:
According to Brazilian law, for items with manufacturing defects, you have the right to request a return within 30 days from the date you received the order at your address.

We will review your case within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when purchasing from our online store. How to Return Products:
In accordance with Consumer Rights, the return shipping costs for products due to change of mind or items with manufacturing defects will be covered by our store through a reverse logistics process.
You will receive a postage authorization code via email after you request an exchange or return, and you should send the merchandise at a post office. We do not cover the cost of packaging, so we suggest using the same packaging you received your purchase in (if it is not damaged) or a suitable box that will protect the items during transportation.
